PRSM DGTL Advisory Terms
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy a PRSM DGTL Advisory package: 1 Hour of Answers, DIY or Manage My Team. Advisory is provided by PRSM DGTL (ABN 16 970 102 613), Sydney, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
- 1 Hour of Answers: one 1-hour strategy session, plus a full transcript, summary, action list and step-by-step guides within one business day.
- DIY: one 1-hour session each billing month, plus the month's strategy, a full transcript, summary, action list and step-by-step guides within one business day. You and your team carry out the work.
- Manage My Team: everything in DIY, plus briefs for your team, review and approval of your team's work, and a 30-minute check-in mid-month.
Sessions are held online on Google Meet. Advisory gives you direction and a plan. We don't carry out the work for you under these packages.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout.
- 1 Hour of Answers is paid upfront at checkout.
- DIY and Manage My Team are billed monthly in advance, by card or direct debit, and charged automatically each month until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, we'll let you know. Bookings are paused until the payment goes through. If a payment remains unpaid for 14 days, we may cancel your plan.
3. Booking and rescheduling
- You book your session after purchase. Sessions are available Wednesday to Friday, Sydney time, with at least 24 hours' notice.
- You can reschedule once, with at least 24 hours' notice, using the link in your booking confirmation.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, don't attend, or have already used your reschedule, the session is forfeited.
- If we need to move a session, we'll offer you a new time. If none suits you, we'll refund that session.
4. Monthly plans
- Each billing month includes one session (and, on Manage My Team, one mid-month check-in). Unused sessions don't roll over.
- There's no lock-in. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date using the cancel link in your monthly emails, or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
5. Refunds
Sessions are non-refundable once booked, and we don't offer refunds for change of mind. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that services are provided with due care and skill.
6. Transcripts
Sessions are transcribed so you receive a full written record and notes. By booking, you consent to the session being transcribed, and we'll confirm this at the start of each session. We don't keep video recordings. If you'd rather not be transcribed, tell us when you book. Transcripts are kept confidential and used only to prepare your plan and support your account.
7. Your part
- The more honest and complete the information you share (your numbers, team and situation), the better your plan will be.
- You decide what to implement, and you're responsible for those decisions and their results.
- Our advice is general business and marketing advice. It isn't legal, financial, accounting or tax advice. Please get professional advice for those matters.
- We don't guarantee specific results, such as leads, bookings, sales or revenue.
8. Founding members
DIY members who join before 31 December 2026 are founding members. A founding member's first session is a 2-hour business planning session at the same price. Places are limited, and the offer may close earlier once places are filled.
9. Confidentiality and intellectual property
- What you share with us stays confidential. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
- Your plans and documents are yours to use in your business. Our methods, frameworks and templates remain ours.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes and general
- We may update these terms. Changes to monthly plans apply from your next billing period, and we'll let you know before they take effect.
- PRSM DGTL may transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to a company it controls (for example, on incorporation). We'll let you know if this happens.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
